The red light on the charger should turn on.

If the light doesn't turn orange, try the following steps:

    • Check previously applied tapes are removed from your Temple.

    • Ensure the charger lid is fully closed.

  5. Check for green light on Temple sensor
After it has charged for at least 5 minutes, lift the Temple from the charger and check if the green sensor light on the back is flickering. If not, place it back on the charger for another 5 minutes.

  6. Bluetooth must be turned on

    • Enable Bluetooth on your phone.

    • Ensure your phone is in “discoverable” mode.

  7. Ensure the Temple app has Bluetooth permissions

    • Look for your Temple in the "My devices" list

    • Default name would look something like: CNLS-XXXXXXXXXXXX, where each X represents an alphanumeric character (0-9 or A-F)

    • If found, tap the name and click on "Forget Device"

    • If not found, ensure that your Temple isn’t paired with any other device.
