Customers may cancel their order with Continue (“Company”), return the wearable device (“Device”), and/ or cancel their subscription to the application (required for the Device functionality and data tracking) (“App”) in accordance with the terms below.
Cancellation by Customer
Customers are eligible to a 100% refund if order is cancelled before its dispatch.
Once the order is dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation by Company
In the event the Company is unable to fulfil an order for any reason, the same will be communicated to the customer and the order will be deemed cancelled with 100% refund.
Force Majeure Cancellations
The Company shall not be obligated to issue any refund if the order is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to the Company.
No refund shall be payable in the vent of order cancellation arising from circumstanced beyond the Company’s control or through no fault of the Company.
Conditions for Return or Replacement
Once shipped, the Device is only eligible for return or replacement if it is delivered to the customer in a broken and/ or damaged condition.
In the event the Device is delivered to the customer in a broken or damaged condition, the customer is required to notify the Company within 30 days of receiving the Device. The Company will not be liable for any action if the customer fails to submit a return or replacement request within this specified time frame.
The Company may also require the customer to furnish proof of purchase and proof of damage, in the form of images along with the request for refund or replacement.
Devices showing signs of questionable physical damage attributable to the customer, misuse or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return or replacement.
Process for Return or Replacement
Customers may request a return or replacement through our website or by contacting our customer support team.
The Device must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation.
Once we receive and inspect the device, and it is determined that the customer is eligible for a refund or replacement, then:
In cases of return, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.
In cases of replacement, a replacement Device will be dispatched within 30 business days.
All devices come with a 1 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects (“Limited Device Warranty”). This does not include damage caused by accidents, misuse or unauthorized repairs.
If such a defect arises and a return authorization request is received by the Company within the applicable warranty period, the Company will - at its option and to the extent permitted by law - either (1) repair the Device at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) replace the Device with a new or refurbished Device.
This Limited Device Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Devices are sold by the Company itself or through its authorized reseller or agent, and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of such jurisdictions. Any replacement Device will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be required by applicable law.
Subscription for the App is billed monthly or annually on the basis of the payment terms opted for the customer.
Customer may cancel their subscription at any time through account setting on the Company’s website or by contacting the Company’s customer support team. It is hereby clarified that refunds are not issued for partial months or unused time after cancellation.
After cancellation, the customer will retain access to all features until the end of the billing cycle for which payments have been made.
All plans are non-refundable once billed and shall renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. The customer is at all times required to cancel any subscription to prevent future charges.
