Order Processing

  1. Orders placed with us will be processed within 7 working days from the date of purchase, subject to availability of the products. Customers will receive a confirmation email with their order details upon successful placement of the order.

Shipping Methods

  1. Standard shipping services are utilized for all orders.

  2. Express shipping options may be available for select orders, subject to additional charges.

International Shipping

  1. International shipping is currently available only to select international destinations, available on the website and is  subject to applicable shipping restrictions and customs regulations.

  2. International shipping costs and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected.

  3. Please be aware that the product may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and destination country fees/import duties. In all cases, the customer as the recipient of the shipment, will be responsible for all import fees/custom duties and local laws that may be applicable in the country to which the product is shipped.

Shipping Costs

  1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping destination/ are standard across all domestic orders. In case of international orders the shipping costs will vary depending on the destination country.

  2. Customers can view the estimated shipping costs for their order during the checkout process.

Estimated Delivery Time

  1. The estimated delivery time for orders  may vary depending on the shipping destination and shipping method selected. The estimated arrival or delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order, and the customer agrees that the company is  not liable for any delays or  late deliveries.

  2. Our standard delivery timeline for standard shipping orders is a minimum of 15 days. For orders placed via express shipping we endeavour to deliver your order within 7 days of the customer placing the order.

  3. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons not attributable to the company then in such case the company will not be responsible for any delays or issues arising from unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Order Tracking

  1. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the status and whereabouts of their order through the designated shipping carrier’s website.

Force Majure

The company will in no event  be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by an act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, terrorist attack, war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic or other natural disaster, failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft or any other means of transport.

Shipping Address

  1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address information at the time of checkout.

  2. The company is not liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping address information provided by the customer.
