Temple - Terms of Use
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Temple Private Limited (hereinafter, Temple, our, us, or we), having its registered address at A1/03, A1 Block, 04Th Floor, Sushant Lok Phase-2, Sector 55, Gurgaon Haryana, 122011, India provides the ‘Temple’ mobile application and website (Platform) and the Temple wearable device and related accessories (Device). This Platform provides information about the various services to users (Users or you) that we may offer from time to time including regarding your use of the Device and associated functionalities (collectively, Services). Your access to and interaction with this Platform and use of the Device is governed by these terms and conditions (Terms) along with the Privacy Policy available on our website.
Please read the Terms carefully before using and accessing the Platform. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding and enforceable contract between Temple and you. If you do not accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Device and the Services.
We may modify the Terms at any time by posting the changes on the Platform and you agree that it shall be your responsibility to ascertain the changes to the Terms. However, we will inform you prior to effecting any material changes to the Services and take your consent where required under applicable law.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, and otherwise have the right, authority and legal capacity (including on behalf of the organisation you may be representing) to agree to and be bound by these Terms. If, at any time, Temple is of the opinion that you do not satisfy the eligibility criteria, or have made a misrepresentation about your eligibility, it retains the right to terminate your access and use of the Platform and the Device.
Account creation: You are required to create an account on the Platform in order to avail our Services and provide the relevant onboarding details such as name, e-mail address, phone number etc. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during account registration and to keep your account information updated. In such details change/require updation, you should promptly notify us using the contact details set out under the grievance redressal process in these Terms.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account password confidential and secure. You are prohibited from sharing your username or password or other login credentials with anyone else. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Additionally, you are prohibited from impersonating any other person for the purpose of creating an account on the Platform or otherwise selling or transferring your account to another party. Temple will not be liable for any loss that you may incur because of any unauthorized use of your account or user information in connection with the Platform either with or without your knowledge.
We may also need you to provide additional information to verify your identity or as may be required for the provision for Services. Such processing of personal information will be carried out in the manner provided under the Privacy Policy.
Necessary equipment: Your use of the Device and our Services is contingent upon using a supportive and functional mobile device and internet access, which you are entirely responsible for, including payment of any applicable internet access charges.
Use of the Services: You agree to access the Services only through (i) the use of a Device manufactured, distributed, or sold by us (ii) our official Platform (mobile application and website); or (iii) third-party applications, software, or devices that we have expressly approved for connection. You are strictly prohibited from connecting to the Services with any device that is a counterfeit or otherwise intends to resemble the Device or through any unauthorized application. Any violation or attempted violation of this provision may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
Orders and Delivery for the Device
Not for resale: The Platform sells the Device to end-user customers for personal and non-commercial use only – where expressly authorised by us, you may use the Device for research and testing purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for the Device if we suspect you are purchasing the Device for resale or other unauthorised purposes.
Our confirmation of your order by email and/or other means of communication does not signify our acceptance of your order. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit any order quantity, if: (a) the Device is out of stock; or (b) order cannot be fulfilled for any reason. In such instances, you will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price of the order.
Title for the Device, along with the risk of loss or damage passes to you upon the delivery of the Device to your specified address. Delivery timelines are estimates, and we shall not be held responsible for delays in shipment due to circumstances outside of our control.
Health, Safety, and Product Related Disclaimers
Not a medical device: The Temple Device and Services are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or illness. The data and information provided by the Device and the Services are for general wellness and informational purposes only and should not be treated as medical advice or a substitute for professional medical judgment. You must not use our Services to treat health issues, nor should you disregard or delay professional medical guidance based on any information obtained through the Device.
If you have any medical condition, please consult your doctor before using the Device and the Services. If you experience a medical emergency, stop using the Device and the Services and seek professional medical assistance immediately.
Temple makes no representation or warranty regarding the validity, accuracy, correctness, or reliability of any data or information provided by the Device and the Services. The accuracy of the data collected and presented through the Device and Services is not intended to match that of professional medical or scientific measurement devices. Any reliance on the information provided by the Device and the Services is solely at your own risk, and judgment.
You are solely responsible for any health-related consequences that may result from your participation in any training programs, consultations, or events, or your use of any products or any information, that you learn about through the Device or Services.
Use of the wearable devices may contribute to skin irritation or allergies in some users. If you face any such skin reactions or sensitivities, please remove your Device immediately and consult a doctor appropriately if such skin reactions or sensitivities persist.
You hereby agree to comply with all safety and product information related to the Device or as may be otherwise made available from time to time and available at our website. Such information and documentation are integral part of these Terms and have been incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Warranties
Except as otherwise expressly provided within this Section 6 of the Terms, Temple provides this Platform, the Device and the Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property. You further acknowledge and agree that Temple shall not be liable in any manner including for any damages related to your use of the Services that is contrary to the Terms set herein.
While Temple has made best efforts to display the colours of the Device images on the Platform as accurately as possible, the actual colours of the Device you receive may differ slightly. Temple does not provide any guarantee in respect of such display and will not be responsible or liable for the same.
You acknowledge that on occasions, the Platform and the Device may be temporarily down due to periodic maintenance, technical issues, or for any security reasons beyond Temple’s control. In such instances of downtime, Temple shall not be held liable for any losses which you may incur. However, Temple shall make best efforts to rectify the issue causing the downtime and make the Platform and the Device available at the earliest.
Limited Device Warranty
Temple warrants to the original purchaser that the Device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within this period, Temple will, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, either (a) repair the Device, or (b) replace it with a new Device. These are your sole and exclusive remedies. This warranty is valid only in jurisdictions where the Device is sold by Temple.
This limited warranty does not apply to any software embedded in the Device, nor does it cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or external causes such as fire or flood. It also excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage like scratches, and damage arising from the use of the Device with non-Temple accessories or outside of its intended uses. The warranty is void if the Device is serviced or modified by anyone other than an authorized Temple representative.
To obtain a warranty service, you must contact Temple customer support. It is your responsibility to back up any data on your Device before sending it for the warranty service, as all data will likely be lost or reformatted during the repair process, and Temple is not responsible for any such loss. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, and Temple shall not be liable for any special, indirect, remote or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty.
Payments
To facilitate payments for availing our Services, we engage a third-party payment service provider. You are subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of that third party payment provider's service. Please review such terms and conditions carefully before using these services in connection with our Platform and Services. The information on security of these payment methods, along with the information on any fees or charges payable by you, charge back options (if any), will be provided to you by the third-party payment service provider.
For users in India, all payments made against the Services shall be in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. You can pay by: (i) credit card, debit card, UPI or net banking or wallet or applicable buy-now-pay-later options; or (ii) any other RBI approved payment method at the time of purchasing the Services.
In order to make payments, you undertake to provide valid payment instrument details, to have sufficient funds or credit available to complete the payment on the Platform in good standing. By providing the payment instrument details, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:
You are legally authorized to provide such payment details;
You are legally authorized to perform payments using such payment details;
The funds originate from lawful and legitimate sources and are not in breach of applicable anti-money laundering laws; and
Such action does not violate the terms and conditions applicable to your use of such payment instruments or applicable law.
You may be required to furnish certain details for the purpose of making payments, which may be saved for future convenience. Any information provided by you as pertaining to your payment instrument details will be processed and stored in accordance with applicable law, including norms issued by the RBI from time to time.
We may charge you additional fees for shipping, handling, and other such charges as may be applicable from time to time. All such charges will be disclosed at checkout; by placing an order on the Platform, you agree to pay them. Some of these charges are variable, determined by factors such as order value and distance. Temple may also offer discounts, promo codes and other promotional incentives from time to time at its sole discretion. These offers may also be subject to further terms and conditions.
Except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law, we are not liable for any payments authorized through our Platform using your payment instrument details. Temple is not liable for any payments that do not complete because:
Your payment instrument does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction, or the transaction exceeds the credit limit in respect of the payment details provided;
You have not provided the third-party payment gateway provider with correct payment details;
Your payment instrument is no longer valid; or
Circumstances beyond Temple’s control (such as, but not limited to, power outages, interruptions of cellular service, or any other interferences) prevent the execution of the transaction.
Returns, cancellations, exchange, and refund for Device
Eligibility conditions for refunds or exchange: You may be eligible for a partial or a full refund and/or exchange on your order for the Device under the following conditions: (a) if the order is not delivered due to a cause directly attributable to Temple or our designated third party delivery partners; (b) if the packaging of the order is delivered in a tampered, damaged, or defective state. In such cases, you are advised not to open the package and to contact our customer support or use the “support” section of the App to raise a replacement request immediately, but no later than within forty-eight (48) hours (2 days) of delivery; (c) if you identify that: (i) a component is missing; or (ii) an incorrect component has been delivered; (iii) the Device itself is found to be defective; then you must report the issue to our customer support team within forty-eight (48) hours (2 days) of delivery; (d) for reasons set out under Section 3.2 of these Terms; (e) by placing a return request within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery at support@temple.com and returning the Device, including all parts and original packaging, in good physical condition. Shipping, handling, and any taxes paid are non-refundable; or (g) pursuant to applicable laws.
Refund or exchange process and timelines: To initiate a refund or exchange, you must contact our customer support team and provide a valid reason along with any required proof (such as images of the damaged product or packaging). Upon receiving your request, we will verify the claim. Once the request is verified and confirmed, the refund amount will be processed within seven to ten (7-10) business days. The refund or exchange will only be processed after the returned Device has been received and inspected by our team to ensure it meets the conditions stipulated in these Terms. The refund amount may be full or partial depending upon the inspection carried by the Temple team and verification of the user claims. Our customer support team shall also endeavour to provide reasons for the refund amount provided.
In case of exchange, the timelines for delivery will be separately notified at that point in time.
All decisions made by Temple with respect to returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations shall be final and binding, unless otherwise set out under applicable laws.
Method of refund: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the terms and processing timelines of your financial institution or payment service provider.
Temple reserves the right to initiate appropriate civil and/or criminal proceedings against any user who files an invalid or fraudulent claim, or who provides false, incomplete, or misleading information to secure a refund. In addition to legal proceedings, we may, at our sole discretion, suspend, block, or terminate such a user’s account.
Intellectual Property
You agree and acknowledge that the Device, the Platform, all content, material and information on the Platform, the Device (including any software, proprietary technology used within the Device) and other Services, including but not limited to newsletters, information, logos, designs, databases, arrangement of databases, user interfaces, response formats, software, pictures, logos, icons, including any intellectual property rights therein (collectively, Temple Intellectual Property), are the sole property of Temple. You agree not to use or otherwise reproduce the aforementioned proprietary rights in any manner without obtaining Temple's prior written consent. You agree to not remove, obscure, or otherwise alter any proprietary notices appearing on any content on the Platform, including copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property notices.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Temple hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to (a) access and view the Temple Intellectual Property solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You hereby grant Temple a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, copy, modify, publicly display, and distribute any content you post or upload through the use of the Services (User Content), for the purpose of offering and improving the Services. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the User Content or have all rights necessary to grant Temple this license as per applicable laws; and (ii) the grant of the license to Temple for using the User Content will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party’s intellectual property rights.
User Conduct
You shall comply with all applicable laws in relation to your access and use of Platform, the Device and the Services. You shall also strictly adhere to instructions/directions provided by Temple from time to time (including by way of email communications) in relation to the Services offered.
By accessing and using the Services, you agree not to undertake certain activities which include but are not limited to:
except as may be expressly provided hereunder, copying, displaying, distributing, modifying, publishing, reproducing, storing, transmitting, using, reverse-engineering, posting, translating, creating any derivative works, renting, or licensing the Platform, the Device and the Services, or any portion/contents thereof (as applicable);
undertaking any action that imposes or may impose, in Temple's sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Temple's IT infrastructure;
use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools or scraping any data in any manner from the Platform, the Device and other use of the Services;
making any back-up or archival copies of the Services or any part thereof;
violating the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on the Platform, the Device and the Services or bypassing or otherwise circumventing any other measures employed to prevent or limit access to the Platform, the Device and the Services;
deep-linking any portion of the Platform or the Device for any purpose without Temple's express written permission;
'framing', 'mirroring', or otherwise incorporating any part of the Services into any other website or application without Temple's prior written authorisation.
attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network, including the Platform or the Device or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
make any disparaging or defamatory statements or comments about Temple, its brand, the domain name, or any other entity part of Temple group. Furthermore, you shall not engage in any conduct or action that might tarnish the image or reputation of Temple or any other entity part of the Temple group, or dilute Temple's or any other entity part of the Temple group’s trade/service marks, trade name, or associated goodwill.
forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or in any way send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information to Temple or as part of using the Services.
interfering with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Services.
collecting or storing any personally identifiable information from the Services including of other users of the Platform and Services without their express permission.
You also agree to not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, share or otherwise make available any data or information that:
belongs to another person and to which you do not have a right;
is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, relation or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or promoting enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion or caste with the intent to incite violence;
is harmful to any person under the age of 18 years;
infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any misinformation or information which is patently false and untrue or misleading in nature;
impersonates another person;
threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation;
contains software viruses or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or
violates any law for the time being in force.
You agree not to use the Services offered for any purpose other than for receiving such Services, or in any way that is prohibited by these Terms or under applicable law.
Temple reserves the right to investigate or inspect any possible violations by you of these Terms, or applicable law. Following such inspection / investigation, Temple may, in its sole discretion, take any action it deems fit, including suspending or terminating your access to the Services.
Third-Party Links and Content
Temple may provide links or display media or advertisements of third parties or redirect you to other sites, services, and resources, including any third-party platforms or tools.
Any hyperlinks to such third-party sites and receipt of services from third parties are at your sole risk. The content, accuracy, opinions expressed, and other information as contained in such third-party sites are not investigated, verified, monitored, or endorsed by Temple. Temple has no control over such third-party sites, and Temple is not responsible for such sites and does not guarantee the quality and efficiency of services provided by such third-party. Unless otherwise set out under applicable laws, all third-party service providers shall always be solely liable and responsible for the services provided by them and you shall be bound by their terms and conditions, privacy policies and other such documentation.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold Temple and its affiliates and their officers, employees, directors and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, rights, claims, actions of any kind and injury arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your access or use of the Platform, the Device or the Services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Temple be liable to you for any damages resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of any content (including any third-party content) made available to use as a part of the Services, (ii) personal injury of any nature whatsoever resulting from your access to and use of the Services, (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our servers, and/or (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Services; each of which, whether or not foreseeable, and whether or not you have been advised of the possibility of such damages, based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action or any other claim.
Further, in no event shall Temple be liable to compensate you or any third party for any indirect, remote, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable, and whether or not you have been advised of the possibility of such damages, based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence, or other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with your use of or access to the Platform or the Services.
For Early Access Features Only
Application and Selection: Individuals may apply for early access to beta versions of the Devices or its features (Early Access) via the Platform. Participation is voluntary and subject to Temple’s sole discretion and the Early Access may be terminated at any time. Submission of interest does not guarantee selection and individuals are ultimately shortlisted based on mechanisms that are determined by Temple.
If you are shortlisted for the Early Access, you will be required to: (i) sign up to any additional documentation as may be required for the Early Access; and (ii) subsequently complete payment for the Beta Device via the payment link shared with you. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions as may be separately communicated to you.
As Beta testers, you will be eligible for an exclusive first look, priority access to the Device and other such benefits as may be determined by Temple from time to time. Further, upon commercial launch of the Device and Services, Temple will discount the payment made for the Beta Device from the overall subscription price of the Services and make the same available to you should you wish to purchase the final product.
You acknowledge that Beta Device is experimental, may contain errors, and are provided on an “as is” basis. The Beta Device is provided solely for testing, evaluation, and feedback purposes.
In lieu of the payment made under Section 14.2, you hereby exclusively and irrevocably assign any and all rights, title and interest in any feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas, observations, modifications, insights, improvements, enhancements and/or any other inputs obtained from you in any manner as part of the Early Access (Feedback) including all intellectual property rights therein, on a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and absolute basis and free and clear of all liens, security interests and encumbrances of any kind. Where such rights in and to all Feedback created cannot, as a matter of law, be assigned to Temple, you hereby grant to Temple an unlimited, exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, fully-paid up, license (with rights to sublicense through one or more tiers of sublicensees) to use, exploit and commercialize in any manner now known or in the future discovered and for whatever purpose, the rights in and to all Feedback. Further, you understand and agree that notwithstanding the provisions of applicable laws, including Section 19(4) and 30A of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, any rights assigned or licensed under this Section 14.5 shall not lapse, or revert back to you, even if Temple does not exercise the rights assigned or licensed within a period of one (1) year from the date of assignment or license.
For the avoidance of any doubt, the Early Access including your participation, any information and materials provided therein, either directly or ancillary to the program (irrespective of whether in written or oral form) are strictly confidential (Confidential Information). You agree that you shall not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, divulge, disclose, disseminate, distribute, sell, license, publish, reproduce or otherwise make available or communicate in any form any Confidential Information to any other person without Temple’s prior written consent. If you are required by applicable law to disclose any Confidential Information, you shall, to the extent not legally prohibited, provide Temple prompt written notice of such requirement, and co-operate with Temple so that it may take such actions as it deems appropriate to protect the confidentiality of such information, including by obtaining a protective order. If such order or other relief cannot be obtained, you shall disclose Confidential Information only to the extent that is legally required of it and no further. You agree that upon completion of the Early Access, you shall, promptly return without any demur or protest or claim of any nature whatsoever, all Confidential Information including any materials or documents (including all originals, copies, reproductions and summaries) used by them in connection with the Early Access, to Temple upon demand by the latter or destroy such Confidential Information (as directed by Temple) and provide Temple with a written confirmation of the same.
The provisions of these Terms (except Section 3, 4, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 8) apply to your use of the Platform as part of the Early Access. In the event of any conflict between this Section 14 and the rest of the Terms, this Section 14 shall prevail. Further, you agree that any breach of these Terms including any other additional terms that you may sign up as part of the Early Access will result in immediate termination of your participation and forfeiture of any payments made pursuant to Clause 14.2.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in relation to the access or use of the Services shall be governed by the laws of India.
The courts in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in respect of these Terms.
Termination
These Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Temple. Temple reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms, on account of death of the user, further to any restrictions imposed by any legal/governmental/judicial/regulatory/other authority, or your breach of any applicable law requirements. You acknowledge Temple’s right to do so and waive any claim that you may have arising from such termination.
Temple may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue the provision of the Services, or any part thereof.
Notwithstanding any termination of these Terms, all provisions which by their nature are intended to survive (including but not limited to those pertaining to intellectual property rights of Temple in relation to the Services as set out under these Terms), shall survive termination and continue to be applicable.
Temple may suspend or discontinue the provision of the Services in whole or in part:
if the Services becomes difficult to offer due to any force majeure events;
if required under applicable laws, judicial or administrative orders of any government authorities;
if Temple deems it necessary for operational or technical reasons to suspend or discontinue the Services offered in whole or in part including periodic or urgent maintenance of network systems; or
for any other reason as may be deemed necessary by Temple.
In the event of such suspension or discontinuation of the Services in whole or in part due to any of the events listed above, Temple shall make reasonable efforts to notify you to that effect in advance, provided, however, this shall not apply in cases of emergency. Temple shall not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by you as a result of such suspension or discontinuation of the provision of the Services in whole or in part, unless otherwise required under applicable laws.

Miscellaneous
Communications: Temple may communicate with you using the contact information that you may have provided during the course of your engagement on the Platform. We will send you communication alerts (including marketing and promotional content regarding the Services where you have provided your consent) via emails or SMS or push notifications or via other technology. You agree that Temple is not liable for communication disruptions, non-delivery of alerts, or any resulting losses caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to your device not being functional, incorrect email address, or network interruptions. We may use third party service providers to send alerts or communicate with you. You authorize Temple and any other third-party entities on its behalf to override the do not disturb settings/preference/facility to reach out to you over calls, SMS, emails and any other mode of communication for sending commercial communications and expressly consent to the same. You may opt out of marketing or promotional communications at any time by writing to us using the grievance redressal mechanism above.
Force Majeure: In no event shall Temple be liable for any acts beyond its control or for acts including but not limited to lockdowns, war, strike, riots, crime or act of God such as flooding, earthquake, pandemics or other natural disasters.
Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be binding unless notified by Temple in writing to you. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision and no waiver shall constitute a continuing waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign your obligations under these Terms or any part thereof without the prior written consent of Temple.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Violation of Terms: You hereby agree that any violation of these Terms will likely cause irreparable harm to Temple, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to Temple obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that it deems necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies that Temple may have at law or in equity.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and such other documentation as Temple may specify, constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Temple and you regarding the Services, and these Terms supersede and replace all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Temple and you regarding the Services.
